So, there is the controversy with the facebook license and privacy model. Facebook changing their privacy setting, sharing things they said and agreed to be private... That kind of sucks...
But the most good thing about dropping from facebook is the time you save, and the increase in productivity you get .
Facebook is like a little candy, you like it, it seems sweet and let you get a stream of information from the people you car, in the mean time, it triggers adult attention disorder on who ever get to it, it interrupt your thinking with emails, pop up and few other addictive gadgets.
The 60's generation went to the moon, are we going to be the generation of instant consumption, and no big human kind step ... We seem toward this.
Only the computer science industry is pushing hard for innovation, the medical industry seem like a snail compare to it, the space industry is going nowhere...
We need to change the lobbying system, it is design to maximize profite, it is not design to help human kind step forward.
